Day 1: Detailed Itinerary - Arrival in Hwange National Park

Your adventure begins with a warm airport welcome by your guide/driver at the Victoria Falls International Airport, followed by a scenic 2-hour transfer to your lodge in Hwange National Park. Settle in and enjoy the tranquillity of the African wilderness as you prepare for the days of adventure ahead.

Day 2: Detailed Itinerary - Full-Day Safari in Hwange National Park

After breakfast, your first game drive begins at 07:00, exploring the sweeping savannahs of Hwange with your experienced guide. Keep an eye out for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and more.

Return to your lodge for lunch and a short rest before heading out again at 15:00 for an afternoon game drive, when animals gather near watering holes. Enjoy the golden glow of sunset as the day winds down in the wild.

Duration: Morning & Afternoon Game Drives - 3 hours each

Day 3: Detailed Itinerary - Hwange to Victoria Falls & Sunset Cruise

Start your day with an early morning game drive before transferring to Victoria Falls. Check in at Shongwe Lookout, then relax until 16:00, when you’ll be picked up for a spectacular Zambezi River Sunset Cruise.Settle into your seat aboard the boat and watch the sunset paint the sky as elephants, hippos, and crocodiles appear along the riverbanks. After the cruise, return to your lodge for a peaceful evening.

Day 4: Detailed Itinerary - Guided Tour of Victoria Falls & Optional Adventures

After breakfast, your guide will collect you at 08:00 for a guided tour of Victoria Falls on both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides. Explore the lush Victoria Falls Rainforest and enjoy awe-inspiring views from multiple vantage points.

In the afternoon, you can choose from a range of optional adventure activities, such as:

*Bungee Jumping from the Victoria Falls Bridge

Day 5: Detailed Itinerary - Village Tour & Traditional Dinner Experience

At 09:00, embark on a village tour to experience authentic Zimbabwean culture and traditions. Visit local homes, learn about daily life, and engage with the community. Guests are welcome to bring small gifts such as stationery, clothing, or sweets for the villagers.

In the evening (19:00), enjoy a lively dinner at The Boma Restaurant, famous for its traditional Zimbabwean cuisine, drumming, and cultural entertainment - a true celebration of African hospitality.

Day 6: Detailed Itinerary - Chobe National Park, Botswana - River Cruise & Game Drive

After breakfast, depart at 07:30 for a full-day safari in Chobe National Park, Botswana. Border crossing is smooth and easy with your guide’s assistance.Start your day with a Chobe River Cruise, spotting elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife from the water. Enjoy lunch at a riverfront restaurant, then continue your exploration with an afternoon 4x4 game drive through Chobe’s open plains, home to the Big Five and more.Return to Victoria Falls in the evening.

Day 7: Detailed Itinerary - Departure

After breakfast, check out from your lodge and enjoy a smooth airport transfer to Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA) for your onward flight.

  • Light long-sleeved shirt for sun protection.

  • Layered clothing for winter months (June/August) - mornings can be very cold.

  • Sturdy, comfortable shoes or sandals (camps and lodges often have sandy ground).

  • Sunglasses with good UV protection.

  • Sunblock, wide-brimmed hat, and insect repellent.

  • Binoculars and a camera (with extra batteries, memory cards, and chargers).

  • Personal medication and essential toiletries (basic first-aid kits available at most lodges).

  • Refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • Pack light - safari vehicles have limited luggage space.

  • If you’ve recently visited a yellow fever area, bring your vaccination certificate.

Cancellation Policy

We know that sometimes plans change - and that’s okay! If you cancel at least 7 days before your tour or event, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before your tour or event, we’re unable to offer a refund. No-shows on the day of the tour are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible - we’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you.
